BF CITI Land Corporation Started out as BF Commercial and Industrial Trade, Inc. Incorporated in February, 1977 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Philippine Shares Corporation. The company was organized primarily to handle the commercial development and operations of the BF HOMES Parañaque commercial area owned by Philippine Shares Corporation.

In 1979, the real estate operations of Philippine Shares Corporation was spun off to BF COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL TRADE INC. Thus, the company's name was changed to BF CITI Land Corporation, wherein construction and housing development was aggressively pursued.

Through the year's , BF CITI has specialized in housing development within the BF Parañaque and Las Piñas areas addressing the middle, upper middle market.
